We Scale Brands (“WSB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates in-house e-commerce stores and provides marketing and technical services to select third-party brands.Information we collect
- Site analytics – standard log files, cookies and similar technologies that record pages viewed, time on site and referring URLs.
- Advertising identifiers – Google Click ID (GCLID) or Facebook Click ID (FBC/FPC) appended to ad clicks.
- Order details – when you purchase from one of our stores we capture order ID, items, value and currency.
- Contact data – information you submit through our site’s contact form.How we use the data
- Measure advertising performance and return on ad spend.
- Automate bid, budget and creative adjustments in our ad accounts.
- Upload offline conversions to Google Ads via the Google Ads API.
- Respond to enquiries and provide agreed services to clients.Legal basis
We process personal data under the following bases:
- Contract – necessary to deliver products or services you have requested.
- Legitimate interest – to optimise marketing spend and improve the relevance of our ads.

- Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted by Google Cloud (and Shopify, if applicable).
- We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
- Service providers (e.g. Google, Meta, Shopify, Slack) only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their tasks.Retention
Advertising and order data are retained for up to 26 months, then aggregated or deleted. Contact form submissions are kept until your request is resolved plus 12 months.Your rights
